About Us
As top-ranked real estate agents in the Kansas City area, The Walk Real Estate Group strives to give our clients an upper hand in the competitive real estate market. The Walk Real Estate Group was founded by Vince Walk, his wife, Barbara, and his son, Logan, who are all experienced real estate agents. Our full-time client relations specialist, Lydia Schuetz, joined the team in 2023. Lacey Daly, another licensed real estate agent, joined our team in 2024.
By putting our clients first, our business has quickly become one of the fastest growing real estate businesses in the state. This has enabled our group to give back to the community who has supported our family business. We financially support Special Olympics, Children’s Miracle Network, and Bailee’s Closet, which is a free clothing charity founded & operated by Barbara Walk.

As citizens of Johnson County for 34 years, we have gained a great deal of expertise in the Kansas City area. The Walk Real Estate Group has sold homes in Kansas City (KS & MO), Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Lees Summit, Blue Springs, Roeland Park, Paola, Louisburg, Basehor, Tonganoxie, and many other areas. We also specialize in new construction; to date, helping nearly 30 clients build their dream homes!
